Roofing Estimate FAQs
Is the roofing estimate really 100% free?
Yes. Tom Knotts provides free roof inspections and estimates for residential and commercial property owners throughout Greenwood and surrounding KC Metro communities.
Do I need to be home for the roof inspection?
In most cases, we can thoroughly inspect your roof, flashing, and gutter system from the exterior without you needing to take time off work. We follow up by phone to discuss our findings.
How quickly will I receive my written estimate?
Most written quotes are delivered within 24 to 48 hours following the on-site inspection. If there is an active ceiling leak or storm emergency, let us know and we prioritize urgent assessments.
Can you help if I have an active insurance claim?
Yes. We regularly inspect storm and hail damage and provide documented line-item photos and scope sheets compatible with insurance adjusters across Missouri.
